Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this contract is the online sale and delivery of fresh food items in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Article 3 - Delivery & Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(c) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal is excluded for perishable food goods. Cancellations must be made before preparation.
